1. General Requirements
- New, CE/UKCA marked 5-axis simultaneous CNC machining centre.
- Complete package: machine, CNC control, installation, training, documentation, after-sales support.
2. Technical Specifications
- Travels: X ≥ 800 mm, Y ≥ 600 mm, Z ≥ 600 mm
- Table size: ≥ 400 mm diameter
- Spindle speed: ≥ 12,000 rpm
- Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): ≥ 40 tools
- Tool measurement / breakage detection: Required
- Control system: May be post-processor compatible, conversational, or NC program-based
- Through-spindle coolant: Required
- Chip management: Conveyor and filtration system
- Extraction system: Required.
3. Documentation & Training
- Operator & maintenance manuals included
- Operator training: minimum 2 days
4. Warranty & Service
- Warranty: 12 months minimum (parts and labour)
- Spare parts availability for 10 years minimum
