supplier gold programme

Paragon are actively working on a supplier Gold programme and  are attempting to instil the philosophy across the whole business and to all our customers. On receipt of an order or enquiry Paragon has re-designed its production control system to forecast when that job will be completed if the order were received and loaded that day. This takes into account all work currently loaded to the shop.

Once loaded if the customer wants work bought forward this will have an effect on  loaded work and will effect other due dates. By segregating capacity we are hoping to give ownership to customers
